my internship so far

is great! got to mingle with the kindest people, got to learn so much, and got to improve myself and my skills.

three months is not going to be enough for me, i wish i can stay there longer :( but its ok, still got two months to go!

i love the company's teamwork and motivation, it motivates me to become a better person :)

A visit to Angkasapuri

A couple of days ago, my batch- the rest LG220 part 5 went for a short trip for an internship overview program. Instead of visiting the PR department and such, we were brought to the halls and recording studios where all of the live shows and talkshows happened.

it isn't good to be a procrastinator

just like my lecturer told us, '"welcome back to being a student" it snapped my long dream and woke me up from my escapade mind from the reality.

i really feel like taking my balik kampung bag and just run back to Tokmak's arm. dont wanna continue my studies!!!!! but if i do that, i will be just like another stupid 16 years old girl who stopped her high school studies just for no absolute reason. HAHA.

the assignments are piling up, the tests are around the corner, and the big final exam is only less than a month away.

oh crap. Assignments again???

since I dont have much time to play around, I am going to write as a way to reduce my pressure (beside watching movies, sightseeing, facebook-ing and etc LOL).

and this is my assignments list:- (prepare yourself to yawn, as I'm also yawning while typing now)

1. to write a summary report about Politeness theory for Pragmatics. Later present it to dear Dr Dinna for 5-7 minutes.
2. to prepare for Mandarin oral test. We have to prepare 4 essays containing 10 sentences each. That means I have to memorize 40 sentences!
3. to prepare for Mandarin Listening test, this one is fairly tough.
4. to prepare for final Mandarin test. essays, dialogues, to mix and match Mandarin characters, and etc. this is one is very hard to score!
5. to prepare for Marketing test and quiz. 
6. to finish up Marketing notes- the crazy part is that dear lecturer wants all 10 chapters!
7. to start doing Marketing project- pick a product and apply all Marketing knowledge and skills.
8. to do 10 entries of reflective log for Multimedia subject.
9. to design layout, button, header, flash, and artwork to be inserted in my website project for Multimedia course
10. to find an international company and later interview the personnel about Professional Communication. And later present it infront of dear Dr. Cynthia for about 5 minutes
11. to prepare for a mock job interview by Dr Cynthia for Professional Communication.
12. Written report of Analysis of workplace project for Pragmatics which carries 30% of assessment
13. to submit Mandarin Drama's CD
14. to prepare 90 grammar questions for Multimedia CD in the making

everything has to be submitted and finished before 15 October which means 11 days more! Let me tell you, its going to be a veryyy loooooooooong 11 days, I'm sure.

Last but not least, my final exam will start on 28th October. pray for me, guys!

this is the third semester that I'm taking Mandarin for my third language requirement. And like the past two semesters, we need to record a short video so that lecturer knows that we comprehend the syllabus well.

road to professionalism

this semester, there is one subject that i take called 'Professional Communication'. In this course, we are trained to become professionals in workplace and we have learned on how to conduct teleconference, how to prepare formal letters and learned how to conduct a formal meeting.

and the best part of all, today is the evaluation day!

my second semester result

as we all know, UiTM has always have problems when it comes to checking results; it's because a huge amount of students checking their result at the very same website and at the very same time. so bila bukak je student portal, dia tulis try again later, the amount of traffic at this site has exceeded the maximum amount entah apa apa....... i was looking forward to check my results since yesterday noon but i can only check it this noon!

a day of waiting! and if you didn't know yet, waiting is not my thing ( except waiting for my dear fiancé for months hehe )

I was shaking and my hands were cold while waiting for the webpage to finish downloading but it was worth waiting for when i got an unexpected results!!

i was speechless and there was tears in my eyes because i never thought that my GPA would be that good.

Alhamdulillah. thank you Allah for giving me the one thing i really want selain nak kahwin hehehehehe.


knowing myself, i am not the brightest student in class, and i didn't spend my nights studying so i think that anything Dean's List would be way too impossible for me..

but as NIKE advertised, nothing is impossible!

couldnt tell him before i tell everybody else because he is on his way to Japan but with Auntie Ena's courtesy, maybe he will be informed tomorrow. i really hope he is proud of me...

and finally, DL is in my hands! hehehe... and that also means that Shahril has to fulfill his promise as he said that i can get that thing  if i achieve Dean's List. yeay to me!!!!

okay tajuk macam iklan kanak kanak kan. takpelah. I have been longing to eat something at my home town during my study week just to make sure that i have satisfied my big appetite before i sit for the exam.


oh speaking of which, i am in the mode where everything looks veryyyy delicious. i dont know if i should blame my hormone or the ads that make me crave all day long. ^__^


this morning, i asked my granny slash best friend to accompany me to buy the all-time-favourite MEE REBUS. yummmy is the best word to describe the delicious noodle ever in Muar (other than the famous mee bandung Muar).

the Lontong is also a must-eat when you drop by at Muar. Some may call it as Soto if i'm not mistaken.


and after a self satisfactory fulfilment, i am now ready to seat for my exams. yes, the exam mode is ON. but i wonder why am I still thinking that it is already holiday/semester break???


oh right, it is always holiday when he is on his anchorage area/port day. yeayness to me, but i can only enjoy the 'holiday' till monday.



as for this semester, i only have 3 final paper which is;

Language and Society (Sociolinguistics) on 26th April

Language and Communication (LangComm) on 28th April

and last but not least, English Pronunciation in Use on 30th April.

but i have to reseat for my MUET that makes it altogether 7 paper for this semester. MUET papers is splitted into two days, 24th and also 10th May. that means i'm going to seat for my MUET tomorrow! aiyayayay!

hopefully i will get Dean's List for my course and also at least band 4 for my MUET, insyaallah. A people always say, aim high, shoot low baby!


not to forget, good luck friends and family who will be seating for exams. May be the force be with you. *__*

Tari Amanina bukan Tari Tirana

last last Saturday, nina buat persembahan untuk ko kurikulum sem ni. Nina masuk Tarian Tradisional, so haruslah persembahkan tarian time Karnival Ko Kurikulum UiTM.

Mari Menderma Darah

pagi Ahad yang lepas, Nina dan roommate- Wani dan Leya turun padang menderma darah.

Yang paling semangat nak pergi menderma semestinya Wani, yang dua orang lagi ni bukan main takut nak ikut serta. Tapi akhirnya, kami mencabar diri sendiri untuk ke pusat derma yang dianjurkan oleh Kolej Mawar, UiTM Shah Alam. ^__^

Mula mula saringan berat badan, Wani tak lepas sebab berat kurang dari 45KG. tinggal lah Nina dan Leya ntuk meneruskan perjuangan.

Then check darah, kandungan Haemoglobin, dua dua lepas. Hati dah gembira. Yeay! We're one step closer to donate our blood! 

then kena check blood pressure, nina lepas, the Leya tak lepas sebab pressure rendah. 

Tinggal lah Nina sorang yang bakal menempuh kesakitan jarum yang besar. T_T

gadis pom pom setia setelah tewas sebelum bertanding :P

time check jenis darah, Nina berdarah O!

masa darah kena sedut semuanya normal, tapi lepas tu yang sangat seksa bagi Nina. dah lah first time menderma. FIRST TIME YE. on the way balik bilik tu boleh pulak pitam dua minit! :) mungkin sebab Nina hanya makan roti sebelum menderma. 

Cuba bayangkan kalau ketiga-tiga boleh menderma. Tiga tiga pulak alas perut makan roti je pagi tu! Gila ah!

tapi dah ada pengalaman lah macam mana derma darah. Insyaallah lain kali boleh derma lagi, dengan syarat kena makan banyak banyak sebelum pergi menderma!

Siapa yang belum pernah menderma, marilah menderma! Sakit sikiiit je, promise! hehe.
